6. How do you feel about the relationship between you and your colleagues?
The rapport between my colleagues and me is excellent. Everyone gets along with one another, there is open communication, and we work as a team.
The rapport between my colleagues and me is sometimes good. We usually communicate openly, but not always. We work as teamplayers occasionally and we usually take a bit longer to complete projects.
The rapport between my colleagues and me is poor. We usually gossip about one another, lose sight of the projects that are due, and most everyone is out for themselves.

8. How do you feel about the structure, organization, and principles behind the policies and procedures developed by our company?
The policies and procedures are well developed, followed closely, and have created a strong foundation for the company.
The policies and procedures are somewhat okay, but not excellent. Some of the policies/procedures are hard to interpret, occasionally followed, and have created some controversy within the company.
The policies and procedures are poor, hard to understand, never followed, and have created a misunderstanding of what guidelines exactly need to be followed.
