SurvSoft provides an online survey management system. We host surveys and allow our users to send their surveys to respondents. These surveys may or may not contain links to our website as some users may choose not to customize their surveys as much as our system allows.

SurvSoft reserves the right to remove any survey and or account that is deemed inappropriate. Some of these include:

Illegal material and or is associated with or promotes illegal occurences.
Discriminative jargon whether it is related to race, gender or otherwise.
Hate related surveys.
SPAM in any shape, form or size.

SurvSoft reinforces a NO SPAM Tolerance policy and any form of spam abuse that is derived from a user account will be handled appropriately.

Surveys created and sent using SurvSofts sofware are developed by its users and as such neither SurvSoft.com nor its parent company will be held responsible for the content or use of its system or any loss of data or damages that might occur.

We reserve the right to update our terms & conditions and pricing at any point in time.
